Display themes and accessibility settings, in one place.
Disabled, D/deaf, and neurodivergent musicians — including ASL-signing and Deaf artists — are welcome here from day one. We're still learning what full accommodation looks like, and we know that's a process, not a box we can check once. What we can promise: we want you comfortable enjoying and uploading content here, and a direct line to tell us what's not working yet. Let us know how we can do better.
Tell us what you needOur goal is to conform to the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — a specific, named target, not a vague promise. This site is built with plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with WAI-ARIA used where a control needs it (like the theme switcher above) — the same real technologies most of the web runs on, nothing exotic. We won't always get every corner of the site there on the first try, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. If you hit a real barrier, tell us directly — that's a working inbox, not a form that disappears into nothing.
Contrast is computed against WCAG for every mode below — the same standard the rest of this build holds to.
Display themes and accessibility modes live in the same panel.
This is what's built so far. If something needs improvement please let us know.
This entire page just switched when you clicked a theme above. The dyslexia toggle increases letter-spacing, word-spacing, and line-height across the whole page — a real, working feature, not a decorative demo. Contrast is checked against WCAG for every mode, not eyeballed. Switching to the high-contrast theme also switches the body font to Atkinson Hyperlegible, created by the Braille Institute of America for low-vision readability and now in the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum's permanent collection. Signed in? These same controls are also on your Dashboard, right alongside your profile — change them from wherever's convenient, it's the same setting either way.
