One dispatch per block, separated by a blank line. No SQL, no special syntax — just these lines per entry, in this order. Genre, curator name, album, and publish date are all optional (a blank Curator credits you; use the roster's exact names — The Desk for AI listening notes, The Community for a community pull); leave any line out entirely if you don't need it (plenty of real tracks, like singles or standalone videos, genuinely have no album). Add a "Publish:" line to queue something for later instead of posting it immediately — either a relative duration ("in 7 days", "in 3 hours", "in 2 weeks") or an exact date/time. Leave it out and it posts right away, same as before.
